-Full in-game name:
mudkinpz
-Age:
17
-Which proxy server are you primarily wanting to staff on?
Honeytree
-Current rank(s) in game:
I think beetle
-How often could you be on per week and at what time zone?
Any time after 3:30 pm CST but before 11:00 on weekdays, and just about any time on weekends (other than every other week on Saturday)
-Experience level - have you been or are you currently staff on other server(s)?
I've never been staff
-If so, what rank(s) and for how long?
(not applicable)
-If so, what duties did/do you have?
I may not have had ranks, but in other servers I have been known to help out, from giving people things they need to information I learned from the minecraft wiki. No matter the server, I am known as the nice guy
-What plugins are you familiar with using from a staff-side perspective?
None
-Why would you like to be staff on this server?
Cali asked if I've ever considdered becomeing helper and I thought it was a good idea
-How long have you been on Hollowtree?
since sometime last year, it was before liberty was released
-Were you previously a member of Hollowcraft December 2014 - May 2018? Hollowcraft donator?
Hollowcraft? What's that?
-Any indiscretions (Ever been muted/jailed/banned on Hollowtree)?
I haven't been banned from any server since a pixelmon server that thought I autofished (I didn't), and that was way before I went on hollowtree
-For staff applicants: If someone said nasty things to you or about you, family, or friends after you corrected them on a rule, how would you handle it?
I wouldn't care enough to get into a serious arguement, nothing they know is fully true, so nothing they say can fully stick
-If you got into a spat with a fellow staff member as staff, how would you handle it?
pro'lly a small arguement will spawn, but soon one of us will find we are in the wrong, either me or them, and then appologies will be said
-If others on the build team disagreed with your build in a team project but offered to save it/store it for a later project, or criticized your work, how would you handle it?
if they hate it, i'd hate it too, i suck at building, if they wish to save it, i'd say sure, anything to help
-Donated yes/no?
i've never donated
-Comments:
i love to help, and even though at the time of writting i haven't met the vote requirement, i'm working on it because I'm a dedicated staff candidate

Well thought out and typed!
Only snag I felt was with how you would handle a disagreement with a fellow staff member. Talking it out with them rationally (not arguing, but it is ok to assert yourself if you're quite sure of something) is key. And sometimes, you do have to agree to disagree, that is, not focus on who is wrong anymore, and leave it be, or ask for a higher up, or myself, to help mediate the situation if talking it out together is only making tensions rise.
It is of utmost importance that the team gets along at all times, and that we always work together as a team, communicating, being friendly with each other, and assertive. And respecting higher ranks and their experience and knowledge of the server, and their decisions on matters involving lower ranks they've already served as.

@Cali_Dreams yeah I didn't think through my responses for the last 2 questions as well as I should have and only thought about my most recent argument for that question in particular. I am not known to be argumentative online and am more known for breaking arguments up. I can get into arguments but they stay on a small scale and break up quickly. As a person with an argumentative brother and is more argumentative around him, I know how to leave a fight without any victor decided as I do so on a daily basis. My response to the question only covered one side of arguing with me and I should have included the other, but I hope this reply covers it well.
