Well thought out and typed!
Only snag I felt was with how you would handle a disagreement with a fellow staff member. Talking it out with them rationally (not arguing, but it is ok to assert yourself if you're quite sure of something) is key. And sometimes, you do have to agree to disagree, that is, not focus on who is wrong anymore, and leave it be, or ask for a higher up, or myself, to help mediate the situation if talking it out together is only making tensions rise.
It is of utmost importance that the team gets along at all times, and that we always work together as a team, communicating, being friendly with each other, and assertive. And respecting higher ranks and their experience and knowledge of the server, and their decisions on matters involving lower ranks they've already served as.
@Cali_Dreams yeah I didn't think through my responses for the last 2 questions as well as I should have and only thought about my most recent argument for that question in particular. I am not known to be argumentative online and am more known for breaking arguments up. I can get into arguments but they stay on a small scale and break up quickly. As a person with an argumentative brother and is more argumentative around him, I know how to leave a fight without any victor decided as I do so on a daily basis. My response to the question only covered one side of arguing with me and I should have included the other, but I hope this reply covers it well.
